Tune in weeknights at 7:30 as Micki showcases a specific song. It could be a new up-and-coming song and artist or a song marking a special theme or event!

MONDAY, APRIL 14th's SPOTLIGHT
Deftones - "Smile"

Yesterday marks one year since the Deftones lost their dear friend and bassist, Chi Cheng. In honor of his friend, Chino Moreno posted a previous unreleased track from the unfinished album Eros. One of the last songs to feature Chi on the bass. Hauntingly good. - Micki

Perhaps one of the lesser known bands on the KFMA Day 2014, but far from being unknown. Memphis May Fire's new studio album, "Unconditional" landed in at #4 on the national Billboard 200. No doubt, a song we'll hear at KFMA Day.
