Beginning Tuesday May 28th thru Friday May 31st 2013, KFMA will be qualifying legal U.S. residents’ ages 21 and older to win a pair of general admission tickets to The Foals at Rialto Theatre August 7th and will be entered for the grand prize of KFMA’s Global Getaway a trip for two to Toronto Canada to see Depeche Mode courtesy of Columbia Records for promotional purposes. One grand prizewinner and their guest will receive a pair of general admission tickets to Depeche Mode September 1st 2013, (2) two nights hotel, roundtrip airfare for two. Trip Dates are Saturday August 31st thru Monday September 2nd. Winner is responsible for transportation to/from airport/ concert venue. Grand prize is valued at approximately $3500.00. Winner is responsible for all State and Federal income taxes including hotel incidentals. To Enter: (1) Listen all week for KFMA to tell you to call, caller nine will receive a pair of tickets to The Foals and will be qualified to win the grand prize. All on air registrations will be entered into a random drawing to be held on Monday June 3rd at approximately 10a. Winner will be notified via phone and/or email. Winner must verbally claim prize by Tuesday June 4th at 10am, or will result in prize forfeiture, and another drawing will be held. Arizona Lotus Corp. is not responsible for lost or misplaced entries. No purchase necessary to enter. Winner and guest must be 21 and older unless immediate family member. Winner and guest must have valid U.S. government issued Passport to claim prize and travel and valid credit card for hotel incidentals. Prize is non transferable. Employees of Arizona Lotus Corp., Columbia Records, Golden Eagle Distributors and Tucson area radio stations and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate. KFMA reserves the right to use participants name, likeness, portrait, and live or recorded voices, in order to advertise, promote or publicize KFMA. Winner will release and discharge Arizona Lotus Corp., promotion sponsors, and their officers and employees from any liability for any injury or damages or causes of action arising out of, or in connection with said contest or attendant to the acceptance and use of the prizes won. |
