KFMADay 2020 Refunds

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advised March 15 that organizers should cancel large events of more than 50 people that are scheduled in the next eight weeks.

Large events and mass gatherings can contribute to the spread of COVID-19 in the United States via travelers who attend these events and introduce the virus to new communities. Examples of large events and mass gatherings include conferences, festivals, parades, concerts, sporting events, weddings, and other types of assemblies. These events can be planned not only by organizations and communities but also by individuals.

Therefore, CDC, in accordance with its guidance for large events and mass gatherings, recommends that for the next 8 weeks, organizers (whether groups or individuals) cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the United States.

In order to adhere to the “Social Distancing” mandate to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, KFMADay 2020 refunds will be managed via email and phone. Please follow the instructions below. You will be contacted within 4-5 days hours of receipt of email, by a representative of Pizza Hut of Arizona, in order to process your refund.

Take a clear photo including the entire ticket(s) and ticket number(s) and receipt if available. Place ticket on a dark, non-reflective background, ensure entire ticket with ticket numbers can be seen. Email orders@pizzahutaz.com include all photo(s), your full name, address, and phone number.

If you do not have the capability to take and send a photo via email please call 520-838-5165 and leave the following information on our voice mail: full name, phone number, and ticket number(s).

You have until Tuesday, April 21st to submit your refund request. Service fees are non-refundable

For tickets purchased on-line, Eventbrite will notify all buyers through email to receive their refunds; the email was sent out on 3/20 at 10:00AM. Please check your junk / spam folder in case you don’t see the email in your inbox.
